With a new performance mesh that was specially developed for the high demands of the B58.1 engine, the WAGNERTUNING intake manifold offers an impressive increase of 128% in external mesh volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimal ratio between inner and outer cooling surface achieves maximum heat transfer while ensuring optimal internal airflow. Thanks to advanced CFD simulations, the CNC-milled end boxes were designed for optimal airflow conditions, resulting in outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore also ideal for racing and guarantees optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
The WAGNERTUNING intercoolers are also equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating that ensures a long-lasting and efficient cooling effect. Thanks to our simple installation instructions, the system is easy to install and enables a plug & play experience.
